Payment

Costs are incurred on behalf of a client prior to any event. In order to confirm your booking we require a 50% deposit of the final quotation once the order is confirmed. The outstanding 50% is payable two weeks before the event date.  Any orders placed after this time will have to be paid for on receipt of invoice.All orders are payable prior to delivery.  20% VAT is payable on all hot food ordered.  VAT does not apply for cold food.  All orders are for a minimum of six people.  For large orders we require a minimum of one weeks’ notice.
Payment can be made by cash or BACS transfer.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your event, the following applies: If an event is cancelled two weeks before it is due to take place, the deposit will be reimbursed in full. If it is cancelled after two weeks we reserve the right to charge for any expenses incurred in the preparation of your order. This will be discussed should you wish to cancel your order.

Delivery

Delivery charges are calculated according to your postcode.   Congestion and parking charges  may also apply.
Waiting staff are charged at £10.00 per hour.  All orders come ready to serve on your platters.  Should you require catering staff to plate up the food and to be present for the duration of an event, the charge is £12.00 per hour.  This is separate to the waiting staff.

Insurance

We are fully covered by Public Liability Insurance provided by NCASS Nationwide Caterers Association. Should you require a copy we will forward one to you.  We also have up to date health and hygiene certificates.
